All sessions, include constant email/text support, monthly goal calendar, 45 mins sessions, gym workouts, at home physio/body mechanics workouts, regular check ins,  guidance on how to workout and eat throughout your cycle and weekly online accountability check-ups. We personalize every workout journey to each individual’s goals and needs so we will be working together on how best to approach your healthy new journey.
